Children's Closet

Worn out clothing and shoes is all too common for foster care youth. It can make them feel like they don't fit in, hurt their self-esteem and be uncomfortable. We take new and gently used clothing and shoes to give to the children as needed.  The size of clothing we accept is from newborn infant up to adult sizes. This helps them to feel confident, comfortable and special.

Education Matters

Research shows that children in foster care are at a high-risk of dropping out of school, not graduating, and not attending college.  It is imperative that these youth have a positive educational experience to counter the abuse and neglect they have received in their life and to put them on a successful track. We ensure they have the resources they need to succeed such as supplies, homework help and applicable technology such as laptops. Donations for school supplies, back packs and laptops are accepted.

Baby

Diaper Drive

One of the basic needs of children and families is having a supply of clean diapers.  This enables babies to remain dry, clean and healthy which improves the physical, mental and economic well-being of babies and families. Contact us to today about how you can donate diapers and wipes to babies in need.

Christmas Angels

During Christmas time we ensure that the Children and Teen Mothers in Against All Odds homes experience the Spirit of Christmas. Many of the children have never had the opportunity to celebrate Christmas so we set up many activities, outings and include them in decorating the homes. Contact us today to inquire about sponsoring a child or a home.

Smiling Kids

Bed-In-A-Bag

We want the children we take care of to be able to choose and personalize their twin bed.  It is a comfy gift that helps them feel safe and cared for. When they transition, they are able to take it with them as it will continue to be a comfort for them. Only New Bed-In-A- Bag are accepted for donations.

After Care Support

When youth age out of the foster care system they will continue to face obstacles as they transition to adulthood. New and gently used items are accepted to help set up a home for them. Items included are all the basic necessities of a home including furniture items.
